How to invest?

Investment certificates of Arka BZ WBK Property Market Fund 2 were offered during public subscription, which took place from May 5 to May 29, 2008.

Since August 5, 2008, the Fund’s certificates have been quoted on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. As a result, investors may sell certificates they hold, or purchase more of them.

In order to buy certificates investor should:

• Have investment account in any brokerage house,
• Place buy order.

The Fund’s certificates are quoted on the primary market of WSE under the abbreviation ARK2FRN15.

During public subscription of the Fund’s certificates minimum purchase order was 100 pieces. Nominal price of one certificate was PLN 97. The price was increased by subscription commission.

The legal life of Arka BZ WBK Property Market Fund 2 is set at eight years and ends on December 28, 2015. It is possible to change these terms if, in the managers’ opinion, there is a risk that on the planned date the assets may be sold at depressed prices or at prices which do not correspond to their market value. However, the Fund’s existence cannot be shortened by more than 2 years and prolonged by more than 3,5 years.
