BZ WBK Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. (“BZ WBK Investment Fund Company”) represents and manages thirteen investment funds. These Funds invest the capital entrusted to them in equity market and money market instruments and in the property market. The Investment Fund Company has been managing the Arka Funds since April 2, 1998, pursuant to a permit of the Polish Securities and Exchange Commission (currently: Polish Financial Supervision Authority) and is governed by the Act of May 27, 2004, on Investment Funds (Journal of Laws 2004, No. 146, item 1546).

Professionalism and experience of managers coupled with observing of the Institutional Investor Code of Good Practice adopted by BZ WBK Investment Fund Company ensure that Arka Funds are a trustworthy partner for an ever-increasing number of investors. This trust is also manifested in numbers - customers have entrusted PLN 8.1 billion to Funds managed by the Investment Fund Company (as of January 31, 2012).
